This notice applies to the waitlist page at maildock.eu. We process as little data as possible and only for the Maildock launch.

2. What data we process
- Email address (required): for confirmation and launch information.
- Optional details: your role (reseller/company), current sending provider, approximate monthly volume, to tailor the launch to you.
- Technical server logs at the host (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type): to serve and secure the website.
3. Purposes & legal bases
- Waitlist & launch information: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (double opt-in: you are only added after confirming the link in the email). Withdrawable at any time with future effect.
- Operation & security of the website (server logs): legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients & processors
Your sign-up data is processed in our CRM/mailing system (Odoo), which open mind consulting gmbh operates on its own infrastructure in Austria. The website is hosted on a VM we rent from Xenox IT (xenox-it.at), Austria. The confirmation email is sent via our mail server at the same provider (Austria).
5. No third-country transfer
Processing takes place within the EU. No transfer to third countries (in particular the USA, CLOUD Act) takes place.
6. Retention
We store your sign-up data until the launch of Maildock or until you withdraw your consent; after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
7. Cookies & tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Only your language choice (DE/EN) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), and technically necessary server logs are created at the host.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)). Please contact us at the address above.
